Processing Time
All of our polymer clay earrings are handmade with care.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
